SEATED CHAIR MASSAGE  
The client sits on a specially designed chair, fully clothed. Sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes. Typically this massage includes head, neck, shoulders & back. It may also include arms, hands and assisted stretching, depending on time, negotiated service and client needs. 

We use a fresh, sanitary face rest cover for each new client, and the chair is sanitized after each use.
 

 REFLEXOLOGY
The client is seated in a specially designed chair which allows for the legs and feet to be elevated. The client remains clothed, with only the feet exposed. The therapist works the top and plantar surface of both feet, primarily using pressure on reflex points which are connected by nerves to the major organs of the body. Sessions are 10, 15 or 20 minutes.

   We will also work with not-for-profit organizations for fund raising functions.

 Massage is performed on a massage table with the client fully clothed. Sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes. 

TABLE MASSAGE Traditional 
This service requires the availability of a quiet, private room. The client will receive traditional table massage which may  include Swedish, deep tissue, or whichever therapeutic services are negotiated.  Typically, the client disrobes to some degree  to receive the most benefit from these modalities. The client is professionally draped at ALL times.  Sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes.
