Hello, I am Sandi Menzel, founder and owner of Oswego Massage and Rehab located in downtown Oswego at 73 W. Van Buren and Plainfield Massage which has closed our storefront office and currently offers  onsite therapy services.  I am a National Board Certified  professional therapist, attended an accredited school of bodywork and natural health services and am licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

 My degree is in Business Management and I decided to leave my corporate career after studying reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexology. I realized I wanted to expand my hands-on education to provide healing natural therapies for wellness. For all of my adult life I have been involved in natural health - teaching nutrition, becoming a certified aromatherapist, studied herbology... and I decided to pursue a new career in helping others. My education has never stopped since.

My therapeutic education includes certifications in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and other natural services to support your efforts to enhance your Body, Mind and Spirit.  I am committed to continue learning new therapies, mostly medically based, to integrate into your treatments.

I believe that pain is caused by imbalances in the body.

It is essential to locate the CAUSE of your discomfort and resolve the structural issues.

I don't believe in the theory of "no pain, no gain."

It is possible to successfully resolve most soft tissue issues without inflicting pain by incorporating  neuro-muscular therapies into your session.
